Rose Luckin is Professor of Learner Centred Design at UCL Knowledge Lab in London. Rose is also Director of EDUCATE: a London hub for Educational Technology StartUps, researchers and educators to work together on the development of evidence-informed Educational Technology.
Faruk Eczacıbaşı is the President of the Turkish Informatics Foundation (TBV) which he co-founded in 1995 to assist in Turkey’s transformation to an information society. In this role, he is contributing to the preparation of numerous studies on related issues as well as shaping of the policies regarding this issue.

Prof. Soner Yıldırım has been an international expert in instructional technology projects at various international foundations. He has involved in World Bank since 1988, European Council in Strasbourg between 2002-2006, and in various projects of European Union Education Foundation since 2004.
In 1995, his career started as a journalist in an editorial service while he was working in the founding team at Posta. Until 1996, he was the editor of Science-Tech page.
On September 19, 2018, he was appointed as the General Director of Innovation and Education Technologies of the Ministry of National Education. He is the board member of World Confederation of Productivity Science, the National Nanotechnology Research Center, Turkish Information Association, Turkey Quality Association, the Monitoring and Evaluation Association board member.
Arıboğan received her bachelor’s degree from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, International Relations Department in 1986. She then completed her master’s and PhD at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences. In 1995 Arıboğan finished the Summer School for International Security and Terrorism, at St. Andrews University.
The last decade, he has focused on how to teach children coding, 3D design, circuit design, entrepreneurship. He started the enterprise Bilişim Garajı to reach all children in Turkey.

Asst. Prof. İrfan Şimşek the Vice Dean of Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education and academic at Computer and Instructional Technologies Department studied on online education and 3D virtual learning environments at Melbourne University, where he worked as an invited researcher in 2008.
His research interests are on using educational games for learning and instruction (@oyuntasarimi), gamification in education, educational game design, digital game design, game addiction and (digital) game based learning.
Zehra Öney, who is a futurist, mobile transformation specialist, investor, pragmatist and speech-giver, was born in Istanbul, in 1964. After studying Economy at İstanbul University, she worked for 10 years in senior positions in Turkey’s leading agencies in the tourism sector.
Kocabas was the first female President of Peryon Human Management Association which happens to be the oldest civil liberties organization in Turkey.Currently she is involved in the public services department of the same establishment.
