İpek Bulduk is a seasoned educational leader with extensive national and international experience facilitating curriculum integration and alignments across departments and has provided instructional leadership in student assessment for 25 years. After being awarded a one-year Fulbright Fellowship as an exchange teacher in 2004 at Vashon High School, Seattle, Washington, she received her M.A. in Educational Management and Inspection in 2006. For her second Fulbright Grant project, she completed an extensive and in-depth exploration of English Language Learning, culminating in a presentation of her findings entitled "Differentiating Instruction in a High Stakes English Language Learning Environment" at various international ELL conferences. She served for the Instructional Support Team at Kent School District, Kent, Washington, where she provided guidance and direction to the entire City of Kent K-12 teaching faculty concerning the analysis and planning of instruction based on student achievement data and designing and implementing curricula and instructional programs. During her assignment, she also performed as the Director of Education and Assistant General Manager at K-12 Schools for six years, supervising 3500 plus teachers and administrators within 157 schools. She has coordinated comprehensive in-service training for teachers and participated in various international conferences and research forums as Session Chair, Keynote Speaker, and Conference Presenter. She has been an advisor to the board and the general manager of various educational institutions. She is in charge of Education USA Istanbul and Marmara Region.
